Service Costs and Function Room Pricing

The Range Function Centre venue can be hired for events with or without catering. All catering requirements are handled by Head Chef Nathan Gale of Wagga Catering Services who will work with you to develop a menu for your special event. Some of their example menus can be view on our Food packages / Menus page.

We strongly encourage you to use our Bookings Application/Enquiry Form to view options for our Function Rooms for Hire and other available services. 

Room hire fees are waived for all catered functions with more than 400 guests. 

The Grand Hall and two Function Rooms are also available for hire without catering. Pricing is scale based on the number attending and the rooms being used.

Room hire rates for 2019 (per room)
100-399 people:
$4 per person
$5 per person (includes access to audio visual equipment)

400+ people
$2.50 per person
$3 per person (includes audio visual equipment)

Entire Function Centre
100-399 people:
$7 per person (includes access to audio visual equipment)

400+ people
$3.50 per person (includes audio visual equipment)

All prices are inclusive of cleaning and set-up/breakdown of function centre as required.
